Entry Level Yacht Crew Packages
Everything you need to start your career in yachting. We offer two Routes, Deckhand or Stew(ess) Packages
Our Entry-Level Yacht Crew Packages are structured 2-week intensive programmes designed for newcomers entering the super-yacht and commercial yacht industry. RYA Day Skipper Theory
The RYA Day Skipper Theory course is designed for aspiring skippers to build on the fundamental skills learnt at RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship level, to navigate in coastal waters safely and confidently. Leaning new skills like Courses to steer, GNDSS ladder interpreting tidal curves and IRPCS and Rules of the Road.
RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Theory

This advanced shore-based course is designed for skippers who want to deepen their knowledge and prepare for the challenges of offshore passages, tidal waters, and demanding conditions at sea.
RYA First Aid
Our RYA First Aid course is tailored for anyone, going afloat or ashore. It covers all aspects of the requirements of HSE Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW). but also the MCA requirements for Commercial Endorsement. This course is suitable for leisure sailors to professional skippers. This one-day course equips you with essential lifesaving skills and the confidence to respond in a medical emergency while at sea or land.
RYA eLearning
RYA eLearning courses let you build real-world boating knowledge online, in your own time and at your own pace. Delivered through the RYA’s interactive learning platform, they use clear explanations, animations, interactive exercises and quizzes to make navigation, safety and good practice easy to understand and practical to use on the water.
STCW Courses
STCW courses are internationally recognised maritime safety qualifications required for anyone working at sea. Whether you’re starting a career on superyachts, commercial vessels, offshore craft or passenger operations, STCW training gives you the essential knowledge and practical skills to live and work safely onboard.
Our STCW programmes cover the core standards in personal safety, sea survival, basic first aid, fire prevention and firefighting, and onboard security awareness. Training is delivered by experienced instructors with a strong focus on realistic, hands-on learning, building your confidence to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. On successful completion, you’ll receive certification that meets the requirements for employment on vessels operating worldwide.
